Two Speeds of Light

Two particles traverse the same square arena with different angular turn sequences. The geometry forces two distinct speeds — cy (North) and cx (East). Watch them diverge in real time.

How it works: Both particles start at SW corner. The Spin Down particle follows the Northern path (SW→E→NW→S→NE→W→SE→N), turning at θy=63.44° angles. The Spin Up particle follows the Eastern path (SW→N→SE→W→NE→S→NW→E), turning at θx=26.56° angles. Same arena, same 7 legs — but different turning budgets produce different cycle times. The ratio of their speeds matches cy/cx from the Quadrian Arena equations.
